The Ardent Wellness Program is offered to our employees at no cost. Participants undergo a confidential health-screening test that covers four basic health areas. Everyone who completes the screening receives a $120 monthly credit that helps offset health insurance costs. Additional discounts are available for individuals with strong results.

Employees can also participate in our Live Well Challenge. This program challenges facility employees to reduce their Body Mass Index (BMI) as a team. The facility that shows the greatest improvement in their team BMI can earn paid time off bonuses.
