  • Computer Operator / Help Desk

    4 Day Work Week! How would you like 3 days off per week? This position covers our Data Center operation on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Then two additional days from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Typically Mon & Tues) This person will monitor the information systems environment to ensure variances are addressed according to established procedures. You will perform a variety of processes and procedures associated with ensuring information systems availability. You will also be able to use your technical knowledge as a Help Desk Technician to resolve first tier hardware, software, or application problems. In addition, you will operate auxiliary equipment directly associated with system backups and offsite storage of critical data and produce shift logs to report all variances.

    This position will ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding payment and contractual allowance verification with all payers by loading contract profiles - quasi programming- in the contract management system that contains all payer contracts and calculations of expected reimbursement.     Responsible for the establishment, development and promotion of technology direction, architecture standards, frameworks and governance for all aspects of the enterprise desktop operating environment. This position is also responsible for securing, maintaining and monitoring the health of the desktop computing environment throughout the enterprise.     The Operations Paralegal works with the Legal Department staff on all legal matters as assigned by the General Counsel and other operations counsel. The Operations Paralegal is a person qualified through education, training or work experience to perform substantive legal work that requires knowledge of and experiences with legal concepts and objectives customarily, but not exclusively, performed by a lawyer. This position reports directly to the General Counsel.

This position will assist in the preparation of analyses of Medicare, Medicaid and other third-party regulations to calculate the impact of regulatory and operational changes.

  • Revenue Integrity Coordinator

    The Revenue Integrity Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accuracy in the Contract Management (CM) system through reconciliation of source system files to the CM system for a given market. Auditing of contract rates loaded in the system and reporting key indicators monthly are an integral part of this role. Analysis of results produced from the CM system with the goal of finding missed revenue as time permits.

  • Revenue Integrity Specialist

    Under supervision of the Revenue Integrity Manager, ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding reconciliation of data flowing into the contract management system. Clearing exception reports within the system and posting contractual allowance corrections subsequent to underpayment recoveries from insurance payors. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as assigned. 1. Prepare the reconciliation of data in the contract management system to patient accounting system detail transactions and other source systems for claims and remittance advices received. 2. Prepare reconciliation of inbound files from Contract Management vendor posted into Corporate Data Warehouse to ensure all expected payment values calculated in contract management system populate Data Warehouse Tables. 3. Communicate with IT personnel and contract management vendor to identify causes of variances due to missing files or import issues and facilitate resolution. 4. Coordinate changes needed to clear exceptions in the contract management system at the claim level to allow calculation of expected reimbursement and assist facility personnel in corrective actions for variances identified in the exception process . 5. Post contractual allowance corrections back to patient accounting systems for accounts that were found to need corrections during the underpayment review process. 6. Prepare monthly trending report of exceptions. 7. Prepare monthly Payor Change Report and other reports as assigned.
