We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Administrative Assistant—Materials Management to join the Mountainside Team!

What You’ll Do

The Administrative Assistant—Materials Management will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Materials Management department.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate meetings for the Director of Materials Management
  • Place purchase orders
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain invoice discrepancies and pricing issues
  • Log requisitions
  • Monitor back order reports
  • Source and research products and/or services as requested
  • Manually key bi-annual physical inventory
  • Create new forms and questionnaires
  • Assist Coordinators with contracts and necessary certifications, and arrangement of events or meetings
  • Prepare check requests to pay all outside vendors
  • Perform any and all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • 2 years or more of Administrative Assistant experience, purchasing experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
