Responsible for the execution and administration of policies, programs, and financial activates of a variety of departments.  Fosters and maintains positive team relationships within and between departments, physician, referral sources and community agencies.  Serves as the face of the departments and represents departments throughout the organization and in the community.  Supports the Mission of the Health Center through organizational leadership, financial management, program planning and development, human resources management, and assurance of accreditation and certification statuses. Responsible for management oversight of Hospitalists' ARNPs and Hospital Program Administrative Assistant.  Represents Physician Hospitalists who report to the Vice President of Physician Services.  Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

  • Masters degree in nursing or other closely related and/or applicable area
  • KSBN - KS RN Licensure PREFERRED-
  • Health Care Administration and at least one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or related service
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skill.  Delegation skills, computer literacy and math skills.  Energetic and enthusiastic commitment to healthcare.  Analytical skills necessary to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
