Executive Assistant

Shift: Day
Schedule: Full - Time Regular

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative assistance and support to designated corporate staff members. The successful candidate must be detail oriented and enjoy projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides administrative support for Reimbursement department functions.
  • Prepares and distributes correspondence.
  • Prepares, revises and reviews documents including, but not limited to, policies and procedures and contracts ( Power Point presentations, Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Maintains an accurate and efficient filing system.
  • Maintains daily calendar and schedule for designated corporate staff members via Outlook.
  • Screens calls and visitors.
  • Coordinates activities relating to meetings and conferences including hotel and travel arrangements, preparation of support materials, meal planning and related tasks.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for members of  department .
  • Provides support to other departments when needed to cover for absences, heavy workload, etc.
  • Prepares reports, spreadsheets and related material as requested.
  • Monitors supplies, special orders, etc. for  designated  work group.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

3+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a  health care  setting. 

Education:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred.

 Additional Requirements

  • Must be detailed oriented and enjoy projects.
  • Must be able to type at least 65 w.p.m.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook  and  Excel.
