We have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Operations team as a Financial Operations Analyst.

This is a newly created position reporting to the Director, Revenue Quality & Analytics, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis with respect to the Company’s AR Reserve and Revenue recognition procedures. The Analyst will also work on ad hoc analytical projects primarily related revenue, cash collection reporting, statistical reporting, and forecasting monthly results. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the analysis of month-end AR contractual and bad debt reserves and coordination with Hospital/Division Finance teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of periodic hindsight review procedures required to review the Company’s position.
  • Assist in the analysis of cash collection activity and tracking to established collection goals.
  • Review of monthly projected operating and statistical results.
  • Assists with monthly consolidation of borrowing limits associated with outstanding AR in accordance with letter of credit agreements.
  • Perform a variety of complicated tasks, including financial modeling, projections, monitoring, and tracking.
  • Complete all tasks in a timely manner with accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and across teams to achieve the completion of tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
  • Three to Five years of experience in accounting and finance is required.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be familiar with standard accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Should possess experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with the ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
  • Must have strong financial analytical and computer skills with heavy emphasis on MS Excel.
