HR Coordinator

Schedule: Full - Time Regular
Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing comprehensive support to the Human Resource function. The Human Resource Coordinator is also responsible for performing the necessary support functions as it relates to the daily operations of the Human Resources department, which includes but is not limited to greeting visitors and applicants, data entry into applicant database, and filing. This position frequently interacts with high level contacts and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating the use of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.  The Human Resource Coordinator position also requires excellent customer service, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Position Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in human resources, business management or related required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing support in human resource environment preferred
    Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be an expert (proficient) working with electronic medical record system (Lawson preferred)
  •   Assist with special projects and initiatives related to Human Resource Services
  • Provides basic information to Associates and to managers on HR forms, policies and procedures
