Wellness Supervisor, Outpatient Therapy

This position is a Supervisory Position for the Wellness Center and it’s staff.  Responsibilities include Coordination of the Wellness / Fitness Center schedule, programming and Rack Performance drills.  Record keeping for the Wellness Center Programs.  Directs / leads group exercise classes on land and in the pool. Provides Fitness Center Orientations, Fitness Assessments and 1:1 Personal Fitness Support. Organizes and Leads Education classes for the community.  Assist with marketing of Sports Rehab and Wellness through material development, public speaking and attending health fairs.  Summer Camp Director and Program lead. 

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years expereince in a comparable medical office setting.  1-2 supervisory experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks .
