Responsible for organizing, planning, developing and coordinating the activities of Laboratory within the Health Center and at all remote drawing sites.  Supports the mission of the Health Center through organizational leadership, financial management human resource management, and by ensuring that all programs are in compliance with all applicable requirements and standards.  Reports to the Chief Executive Officer

*4 year degree

*3-5 years leadership experience (supervisory or higher) in a similar sized health care organization.

*Broad knowledge of patient care, hospital organization, management concepts, project management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to facilitate communication.  Possesses delegation, advanced technology and math skills.  Energetic and enthusiastic commitment to health care.
