Information Security Analyst Identity Access

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Information Technology team as an Information Security Analyst (Identity & Access) that will provide user provisioning services to a variety of Ardent Health Services users across a multi-market, multi-facility healthcare organization. Responsibilities include account provisioning, building and maintaining appropriate role-based access control, assisting in security and compliance audits, and assistance with building and maintaining automated provisioning bridges.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide day to day support of the provisioning process and documentation of processes to end users.
  • Ensure service line agreements are met per company’s requirements
  • Fulfill service requests related to applications and active directory (users, groups and p ermission) in the company environment.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers on access to various applications.
  • Assistance to project teams with regards to access issues
  • Continuously improve provisioning documentation and incorporating feedback
  • Create, modify, and remove user access to the following:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Epic, McKesson (Horizon) Patient Folder, and other McKesson products
  • Monitoring and analyzing changes to the firm's application inventories that impact current access control procedures
  • Executing, on a regular basis, audit procedures for the company’s applications to verify that application access is accurate and remove access if no longer required.
  • Creating/updating procedures to ensure accuracy o f access control creation and maintenance processes.

Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree or an equivalent combo of education & relevant experience
Experience:

  • 2 Years of experience required in IT Customer Service
  • Epic Security certification preferred
  • Security certifications a plus
  • Must be willing to get Epic Certification within 6 months of employment
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrates the core values of inquisitive, passionate, positive attitude, and team-minded.
  • Basic understanding of Identity Management principles and their application across computing platforms.
  • Caradigm Provisioning, SailPoint or Epic Security experience a plus.
  • Scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript, SQL Script) experience a plus
  • Healthcare application support or similar Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Prior customer service training or experience a plus.
