We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Manager, Revenue Cycle Systems on our Epic Patient Access team.

 

Position Summary:

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Systems will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle Systems. Primary responsibilities include the management of the Cadence, Prelude and Grand Central IT staff. This position will provide leadership in the functional support, new business and system development of the Epic Patient Access applications to enable the achievement of success in our business operations throughout the enterprise. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users, managing the implementation of application projects.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of 12-14 staff members
  • Project  Oversight
  • Create/maintain standard operating procedures for department
  • Ensure the  team is maintaining service levels and meeting our customer’s needs
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to introduce solutions; identifying system deficiencies and/or on new technology
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Must be willing to participate in on-call rotation schedule

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Required- 5+ years of experience in information technology preferably with prior management experience
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in  overseeing projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic, preferably experienced with all patient access modules and understanding of technical foundation
  • Experience with hospital implementations and system updates /upgrades
