The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations and overall problem solving.  In addition he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care. In the absence of the Health Center Administrator the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call.  The House Supervisor reports to the Director or designee.

*4 year degree

*KSBN-KS RN Licensure and BLS certified

*4 years staff nurse experience.  1-2 years management experience within the last 5 years in a similar healthcare setting.
